What are your plans for the future regarding your career?
I am going to complete the last year of my contract in Rostov team and to join the Russian national team. Then I will get back to Spartak football team as I have one year contract with it. After that I will think about future career.
Artem, you're young, promising, active and full of energy. The rhythm of the life of a sportsman is far from regular. How do you spend time free from football?
I love the movies and very often go to the cinema. I watch a lot of movies and also like to read a books. So most of my time I spend at home with my family, my child and my wife.
Anyway sport is still on the first place. How are you recovering after a hard season? Do you preference outdoors rest & training?
I prefer countryside and when I get opportunity to built a house I would like to spend most of time near the nature, to lie down, relax and swim in the pool having a good time.
Why did you decide to buy suburban real estate? What criterias did you have in mind when selecting residential area?
It was my dream since childhood. I wanted to build a house, so-called "family nest" where the whole family and relatives would meet for the holidays to spend time together. It has been my dream since childhood to build a country house for my parents so that they could live there happily. I have tried to realize that dream at the first opportunity .
I was looking for the residential area with a good land, forest and lots of trees. It needed to be a was quiet and conveniently located place with lack of traffic jams. It could be the area of bussiness class but without any VIP excess. The main criteria was a good land.
How did you find out about the "StroyInvestTopaz" company? Which of its projects did you finally choose?
I knew more about "SIT" company only after I bought a plot of land. At the first place it was my father who found out everything about this company and decided that this was the best variant to buy.
I chose "Usadba Zhodochi" residential area.
Were you looking for ready house or land for construction? If the plot, please share your plans for its construction and facilities. For example, if provided in the territory of the field site for training?
Initially, I was looking for land for construction because when buying ready house I do not know all the nuances of what and how it was build so it's risky. When buying a land, you can decide how and from what material to build the house. This is much more convenient and practical.
I also would like to attach a swimming pool to the house and to make a small field for playing football with 6 or 8 players so we could play football or swim when my friends come to visit me.

I am very satisfied now and I hope that it will be the same way in future.
Would you recommend the residential areas of the “ SIT" company to your friends and colleagues in the sport?
It is hard to advise anything because everyone chooses the area using one's own criterias. I like my residential area and its location regarding Moscow. If my friends or colleagues ask my advice I would recommend to choose the area from those ones offered by your company based on my own experience. Good Luck!
